AI & creative

Where AI belongs in your marketing. And where people do.

A practical approach to AI video and content creation: better briefs, faster exploration, careful review, and clear creative responsibility.

Begin with a creative brief

AI tools can produce many options. That makes a clear brief more valuable. Define the audience, the message, the desired action, the brand voice, and the constraints before generating a script, image, or video.

A useful brief also records what must be true: product details, service boundaries, approved claims, and the source material the team can use. Without that foundation, faster production can simply create more work to correct.

Use generation to explore, then select

AI-assisted production can help a team test visual directions, create storyboard options, and develop versions for different formats. It is particularly useful in early exploration when the goal is to compare ideas.

Selection still requires judgment. A visually striking image may communicate the wrong thing. A polished script may sound unlike your business. Choose the concept that serves the message, then edit it into a coherent finished piece.

Review what the audience will actually see

Check every fact, offer, name, product detail, and call to action. Review captions, on-screen text, pronunciation, visual continuity, and the way the creative appears on a small screen. A final video needs the same care as any other published work.

Synthetic content should not be presented as a genuine customer testimonial or documentary evidence. When a depiction could mislead an audience, choose an appropriate disclosure or a different creative approach. Agree usage rights and permissions for source assets, likenesses, and voices.

Keep business information under control

Decide which tools may receive business material and what information is appropriate to share. Use approved assets and avoid putting customer information into a generative workflow without an agreed reason and permission.

Record the selected tools and the review process as part of production. That makes it easier to reproduce a campaign, update assets later, and understand any limits on how a finished piece can be used.

Judge the work by its purpose

AI is a production method, not a marketing goal. Compare creative against the message and the action it is meant to support. More output is only useful when it gives the business better ways to communicate.

An AI content or video production agency should be able to show its creative thinking, explain its quality checks, and identify who approves the final work. The most useful combination is efficient technology with accountable human direction.
